Our zero waste weigh shop has been a hit since opening last spring. We stock a  range of herbs, spices, dried fruit, pasta, pulses and healthy snacks alongside some other hand picked produce. 

Sustainability and waste reduction is a cornerstone of our gallery’s foundations. We aim to work towards zero waste in all we do. We continue to find ways to implement a minimal waste ideology in a world of take-out only and encourage you to stay and sit a while and enjoy the art around you.
