DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We aim to dispatch all orders from our shop in Felton, Northumberland within 48 hours of receiving your order. We have tried to keep charges to a minimum and in the interests of the environment we use recycled outer packaging wherever we can. What’s your return policy?

Our return policy is plain and simple, if you no longer want the item, just return it to us unused and in its original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or full refund.

Will my items be exactly as described on your website?

Please bear in mind that some of our goods are handmade and therefore there may be some slight variations in shades and sizes. We try to include this in the item description but please give us a ring if you are unsure.

I’ve seen something in the shop but can’t find it for sale on the website, can I still order it?

Usually! Please get in touch if you have seen any paintings or artwork elsewhere on our website or in our shop. We can make special arrangements for delivery or collection.

What happens if a workshop is cancelled?

Occasionally, one of our workshops may be cancelled due to ill health of the tutor, poor weather or lack of attendees. We will offer a replacement workshop, a voucher for the full value of the workshop or a full refund.
