NEXT STEPS TO REDUCE PLASTIC

 Talk to individual suppliers to ascertain their intention to  move towards supplying all products in sustainable packaging

By Spring 2024 use 50% suppliers who use no plastic and increase this by 10% each year so that by 2029 we are completely plastic free

Develop the knowledge of where all our products are  produced and their environmental impact. This will be documented and used as a basis to select our suppliers

Ensure all catering supplies are plastic free by choosing eco friendly alternatives and ensuring consumables are provided in reusable containers or biodegradable alternatives
